Its easy to be consumed by the things we are focused on.
But, we have to remember the other essential things as well.
Family, valueable friendships, our personal relationship with God, and
our physical and mental health..
A busy life calls for the wisdom of balance.
So here’s a friendly reminder:
Don’t forget about those you love and love you too.
Don’t forget that your mind, body and soul needs rejuvenation from time to time.
Meditate or pray to refocus and stabilize your inner self and your busy, rattling mind.
Take care of yourself.
Make time for what’s valuable to you.

It can be difficult to feel like you’re strong, when suddenly unexpected circumstances come your way. But, that is the nature of life. If you’re still breathing, then you’re still alive. And if you’re still alive, you are probably a lot stronger than you think. Keep the Faith irregardless. As you keep moving, so will your faith continue to move for you. We tend to allow life’s curve balls to cause us to doubt our ability to move forward, grow, lead, pursue or feel hopeful and see beyond. There must be some friction and/or pressure for a diamond to be shaped…perfectly. Some curve balls are meant to mold us, not destroy us. Stand firm. Release your tears. Don’t pray and worry. Rest your thoughts. Then, wake up and Move!
